We begin with a conversation and intention setting, creating clarity around what you are ready to release, reconnect with or invite into your life.

From there, we move into the session.

Flowers and crystals are selected and incorporated into the ritual as a part of the ceremony and a symbol of your own unfolding.

During the session, I work with Reiki and the frequencies of purity and love to support you in releasing what no longer feels aligned and reconnecting with your own essence, feminine energy and inner knowing.

The session is about activating, releasing the layers and remembering what has always been within you.

It is about remembering who you were before the world told you who you needed to be.

I feel into your inner goddess vibration through the layers, activate it and connect you to it, so the outer layers can be shed in the most gentle way, leaving you more aligned, more clear on what path to follow and more intentional in your every day life.
